Role Summary
Fivestone is a creative studio that builds immersive experiences, films, and brand work for some of the most ambitious companies in the world. Our largest clients are global enterprises operating across energy, technology, and beyond - and the relationships we have with them are among the most valuable assets in the business.
We’re hiring an Account Strategist to make those relationships bigger, deeper, and more strategic.
This is not an account management role. You won’t be running day-to-day. You’ll be doing the thinking above it - the kind that turns a great client relationship into a long-term strategic partnership across our Immersive, Film & Animation, and Brand Studios.
What you’ll own
You’ll build the strategic plans behind our most important client relationships. That means understanding each client’s business, their market, and their internal agenda well enough to spot opportunities they haven’t even asked us about yet. You’ll map stakeholders, frame the growth case, and put the right Fivestone capability in front of the right person at the right moment.
You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales, EVP Creative & Growth, Head of Delivery, and the Account Managers who own the day-to-day. The CEO will look to you for a platform-level view of where our biggest relationships are heading.
What success looks like in year one
Documented, ambitious account growth strategies in place for all major accounts by month four
Measurable expansion within our most significant enterprise relationships
Strategic entry plans live for three priority verticals by month nine
A win rate on pitches you’re involved in that climbs quarter over quarter
Account intelligence briefings that the CRO and Head of Delivery actually rely on

What We’re Looking For
You’ve grown complex, multi-disciplinary relationships inside agencies or creative businesses before.
Creative leaders respect you because you make their work commercially sharper, not safer.
You can take a tangled client situation and render it simple, clear, and compelling, in a deck, in writing, in the room.
You’re curious, resourceful, and comfortable in ambiguity. You’re commercially minded and love the process of getting us the best briefs.
The details
Full-time, hybrid, US-based (Canada or Mexico considered for exceptional fit in US time zones). 10–20% travel. $140K–$190K depending on experience, plus discretionary annual bonus.
