Role Summary

Fivestone is looking for a hands-on Business Development Representative to own the pipeline engine across its Immersive, Film & Animation, and Brand divisions.

This role is execution-focused and built for someone who thrives in a non-structured environment, taking full ownership of outreach, pipeline building, CRM discipline, and meeting generation.

You will enable studio leads to focus on closing high-value opportunities by ensuring a consistent, qualified flow of conversations.

Key Responsibilities

Pipeline Building & Outreach

  • Research and identify prospects across priority verticals

  • Build and maintain qualified target lists

  • Execute high-quality, tailored outreach (including cold calling)

  • Focus on relevance, timing, and messaging quality

Meeting Generation

  • Secure meetings with relevant decision-makers

  • Ensure opportunities are qualified and contextually relevant

  • Prepare studio leads with the right background and insights

Follow-up & Pipeline Management

  • Own follow-up across warm leads, past clients, and dormant opportunities

  • Ensure no opportunity is lost due to a lack of engagement

  • Maintain a clean, reliable, and up-to-date CRM (Pipedrive)

Conference & Event Execution

  • Identify key events, attendees, and high-value prospects

  • Schedule meetings ahead of conferences

  • Secure access to strategic networking opportunities

  • Manage structured post-event follow-up

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Respond to client and prospect requests

  • Coordinate internally to gather materials (decks, references, etc.)

  • Ensure timely delivery of relevant content

Building a Repeatable BD Rhythm

  • Create structured outreach cadences

  • Bring consistency to pipeline generation efforts

  • Contribute to building a scalable BD function

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 3–6 years of experience in Business Development, Sales Support, or Pipeline Generation

  • Experience in complex B2B environments is essential

  • Background in creative industries, advertising, film, or experiential is highly valued

Core Capabilities

  • Proven ability to build pipelines and generate qualified meetings

  • Strong execution in outreach and follow-up

  • High level of CRM discipline and organization

  • Strong judgment in targeting and outreach quality

Soft Skills

  • Hands-on and execution-driven

  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity

  • Detail-oriented and structured

  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders

  • Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution

What This Role Is Not

  • Not a closing role — studio leads own deal closure

  • Not a pure strategy role — execution is key

  • Not a high-volume SaaS BDR role

  • Not a junior administrative or coordination position

Compensation

  • $60K–$90K base (US benchmark)

  • Bonus structure (not commission-driven)
