Mission:
Management, planning, and coordination of the overall activities of the various departments, in collaboration with their respective functional area directors.
Main Responsibilities:
Define and execute the company’s strategic objectives in line with the basic short-, medium-, and long-term operating policies, consistent with the strategic plan approved by the Board of Directors.
Plan, direct, and coordinate the company’s overall operations with the support of other department heads.
Create, design, and implement concepts, shows, and other projects developed by the Executive Committee, managing the entire value chain.
Ensure and guarantee the achievement of results and profitability targets, in accordance with the defined business plan.
Oversee and supervise all areas of the organization (Commercial, Production, Logistics, Quality, Finance, Information Systems, etc.).
Foster a work environment that motivates and engages employees, promoting teamwork, commitment, culture, and core values.
Strengthen the sense of belonging among the company’s stakeholders (employees, clients, and suppliers).
Control the budgeting process, establish the necessary tools, and generally lead any implementation or optimization of systems.
Collaborate with the Business Development area, facilitating their activities and ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Prepare and present reports.
Job requirements
Professional Profile:
Male/Female
10+ years of experience in a similar senior management role.
Education: Higher University Degree (Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, etc.) + MBA preferred.
Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager in companies within the Leisure, Tourism, Entertainment, or related sectors.
Prior experience managing multidisciplinary teams across different regions is an asset.
Languages: High level of English & Spanish required; other languages will be valued.
Location: Barcelona (preferred place of residence).
Travel: Availability for occasional travel (approximately 10% of the time).
