About Banijay Live Studio!

Banijay Live, the Live division of Banijay, oversees the development of the Group's Live activities. Launched in 2023 following the acquisition of Balich Wonder Studio, Banijay Live brings together the activities of these two brands, as well as Banijay Live Studio and the immersive experiences specialist LOTCHI.

Banijay Live Studio is dedicated to the creation and production of immersive experiences: interactive exhibitions, action games, VR experiences, video-projected installations...

Supported by the strength of the Banijay group and its global catalog (Black Mirror, Peaky Blinders, MasterChef, Big Brother, Survivor, Fort Boyard...), the Studio positions itself as a creator of original experiences, with international deployment.

Among our projects, an immersive experience inspired by Black Mirror was recently launched internationally.

Role Description

We are looking for a Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate has solid initial experience in designing and producing events and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, from idea to realization. Working closely with the team and our network of partners, you will operate under the supervision of the Studio Director.

You will play a key role in bridging creative ambition, business viability and operational execution, contributing both to the development of new concepts and the successful delivery and operation of experiences.

Your missions

Within the studio, you will participate in the development of our activities, particularly at two levels:

Development and consolidation of our pipeline of experience concepts - estimated at 50% of the time :

• Present ideas and proposals for experience journeys

• Work with our partners (design, scenography, conception) and under the management of the Studio Director to develop these concepts and illustrate them

• Co-construct with the teams an initial economic model to pre-validate the model

• Challenge creative proposals to ensure their feasibility, scalability and commercial relevance

• Contribute to storytelling, guest journey design and overall experience development

• Participate in creative and immersive benchmark (new formats, experience design, innovations, storytelling, ...)

Daily management of experiences in operation - estimated at 50% of the time :

• Work closely with our "promoter" partners to ensure the quality of our events and commercial operation

• Monitor sales performance and implement actions to address encountered situations

• Support production planning, scheduling and resource coordination across active projects

• Identify risks and proactively contribute to mitigation plans

• Contribute to maintaining high operational standards and visitor satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of each experience

• Support future rollouts, touring opportunities, and the evolution of experiences once launched

• Propose creative ideas to optimize the experience and production

Your Profile

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the immersive industry, creating and producing events. We are looking ideally for an entrepreneur with successful initial experience in immersive experiences or a project manager/producer who has launched experiences in an established structure

• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and office software

• Experience in business models, audience engagement and the commercial success of consumer-facing experiences
  Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good written and oral communication skills

• Good level of English required. You will be required to lead meetings in English with our network of partners and the various Banijay countries

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Curiosity and proactivity

• Knowledge of the entertainment, immersive, and cultural sectors
