Job description
ABOUT MOMENT FACTORY
We come from many different places, but what unites us is our passion. At Moment Factory, each new project is a blank page awaiting the creativity and talent of our whole team, no matter the individual responsibilities, roles, or fields. Our desire to innovate, to take risks, and to learn from our mistakes and from each other is what allows us to create collective projects that go above and beyond. Today, thanks to a team of 420 creative minds, we have been able to create immersive multimedia environments for artists, museums, airports, brands, theme parks and events, as well as our signature shows. No matter the canvas – be it film, lighting, multimedia architecture, sound design, special effects, or interactive projects – the thirst for experimentation and innovation is at the core of our DNA.
YOUR TEAM
In the world of indoor immersive experiences, our team maximizes our multimedia toolbox, interactivity and creative know-how to create, produce and market touring and permanent immersive experiences. Acting as a multidisciplinary team leader in a matrix structure, you'll have access to a diverse team of experts in storytelling, scenography, immersion, technology, interactivity and business to create and market original and unexpected experiences.
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES
As a Producer – MF Originals, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development and delivery of high-impact, original productions at the intersection of art, technology, and public engagement. You will lead multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, from early concept development through touring launch and long-term operations, ensuring the highest standards of creative execution, production efficiency, and audience experience.
You will work in close partnership with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams (content, technical, design, marketing, ticketing) to:
Lead and oversee the production strategy for a portfolio of original Moment Factory experiences.
Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, schedules, and deliverables across several concurrent projects.
Coordinate internal and external teams, including designers, technical leads, marketing, ticketing, and logistics partners.
Own the production roadmap, ensuring timelines are realistic, risks are anticipated, and resources are properly allocated.
Collaborate on pricing and ticketing strategies, working with marketing and business teams to ensure commercial success and strong audience conversion.
Act as the main point of contact for all production-related matters, internally and externally.
Maintain a high level of operational excellence, balancing artistic ambition with practical execution and profitability.
Ensure alignment between creative vision and delivery, making strategic decisions in concert with creative leadership.
Support touring and market launch operations, including pre-opening coordination, staffing, and local partner alignment.
