JOB DESCRIPTION

Gentilhomme is looking for a Business Development Director with a minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in business development, sales or marketing in a multidisciplinary and artistic environment (multimedia environments, audiovisual production, post-production, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for the strategy, identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding their presence on the national and international market, and promoting strategic partnerships.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with the executive team and other team members in the overall management of development opportunities, customer relationship management and departmental operations:


  • Be the main point of contact with potential customers to identify their objectives, qualify the business opportunity and develop a service offering strategy;
  • Initiate and participate in the development of marketing tools, including service offers, customer presentations and other materials;
  • Participate in contract negotiation and review;
  • Identify and develop marketing opportunities, including analysis of new geographic or sectoral markets, identification of partners, initiation of missions and participation in events;
  • Ensure coordination and communication between the various internal stakeholders, including producers, directors and other business development managers;
  • Contribute actively to the maintenance and improvement of existing processes and tools, such as the management and updating of the CRM and other internal documentation.
  • Ensure stable and privileged communication with identified customers;

Job requirements

  •  5 to 7 years' experience in business development;

  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary and artistic environment (multimedia environments, audiovisual production, etc.);
  • Established network of industry contacts and clients is a plus
  • Notions of the Mac, Windows and Pipedrive environments;
  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Communication and negotiation skills, diplomacy;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure.
