YOUR TEAM

The Custom Experience team offers scalable services designed to engage audiences, connect people, and forge unforgettable memories. From live performances to permanent installations, these scalable and programmable experiences are meticulously crafted to respond to clients’ needs and meet the unique demands of any environment, with a 360° approach that ensures seamless production. Since its inception in 2001, Moment Factory has developed deep expertise across 8 key market segments: themed entertainment, cultural & educational, transportation hubs, public spaces, hospitality & leisure, brand activations & events, concerts & shows, and sports entertainment. In recent years, it has structured its project teams around these individual markets, in order to efficiently and holistically address the unique client objectives within them.

YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a Producer with a strong Technical Director background, someone who understands systems deeply and has evolved into a strategic production leadership role.

You are responsible for:

• Converting complex opportunities into technically sound and deliverable projects

• Defining project strategy from both a creative, technical and engineering standpoint

• Leading multidisciplinary teams through design, integration, installation, and commissioning

• Ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of technically ambitious immersive environments

You act as the bridge between creative ambition and technical reality.

You are a technical authority capable of challenging assumptions, validating feasibility, managing integration risks, and making critical production decisions.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Define overall project strategy, including technical architecture and delivery roadmap

• Validate technical feasibility during proposal and concept phases

• Challenge creative and client expectations when necessary to ensure deliverability

• Anticipate system integration risks (AV, lighting, control systems, show control, interactive tech, scenography integration)

Project Delivery & Production Oversight

• Oversee all production phases: concept validation, design development, technical detailing, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning

• Supervise technical scope definition, supplier selection, and integration partners

• Ensure alignment between creative, technical, and financial objectives

• Work with project managers to maintain tight cost control and forecasting

• Lead value engineering without compromising artistic intent

• Manage risk and implement mitigation strategies

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Represent the project to high-level stakeholders (developers, cultural institutions, government entities, themed entertainment operators)

• Translate technical complexity into clear strategic language

• Lead scope and budget negotiations with technical credibility

• Ensure contract clarity around technical deliverables and integration responsibilities

Business Development

• Contribute to RFP responses with strong technical input

• Structure technical scopes, preliminary budgets, and delivery schedules

• Support pitch phases by validating technical positioning and innovation credibility

• Identify regional partners, integrators, and suppliers capable of delivering at scale

YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES

We are specifically looking for someone who:

• Has held a Technical Director, Technical Manager, or Lead Systems Integration role in immersive entertainment, themed attractions, permanent multimedia installations, or large-scale experiential environments

• Has transitioned into a broader production, client management or strategic leadership position

• Has delivered complex permanent or semi-permanent installations 

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 8+ years in technical leadership  within immersive, themed entertainment, or multimedia architecture, permanents projects, Demonstrated experience managing AV systems, show control, lighting systems, media servers, interactive systems, or complex technical ecosystems

• Experience delivering projects as a producer in the GCC 

• Strong understanding of:

  • System integration workflows

  • Technical drawings & documentation

  • Procurement cycles

  • Commissioning & handover processes

  • Budget structuring for technical packages

  • Final technical documentation

Experience exclusively in short-term events, concerts, or film/TV production is not aligned with this role.

• Solution oriented, strategic mindset with operational precision

Languages:

• Fluent English required

• Arabic is a plus

• French is a plus

• Position based in Riyadh or Abu Dhabi (flexible within GCC)
