Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Copywriter to develop scripts and content across a large-scale, multi-touchpoint immersive experience project. This role focuses on crafting clear, structured, and engaging content across a variety of formats, translating complex, technical subject matter into accessible narratives for diverse audiences.

You will be working within a content ecosystem where writing needs to be both:

• Engaging and intuitive for external audiences

• Structured and precise for internal or training use cases

Two Types of Candidates We’re Open To

We are intentionally open to two complementary types of writers:

1. Technical / Research-Oriented Writer

• Background in:

  • B2B or enterprise content

  • Technical writing

  • Scientific or product-focused content

  • Instructional design or training materials

• Strengths:

  • Translating complex documentation into clear, structured content

  • Handling information-heavy, technical subject matter

  • Writing with precision and clarity

2. Creative / Storytelling-Oriented Writer

• Background in:

  • Experiential content

  • Scriptwriting / voice-over

  • Narrative environments

• Strengths:

  • Crafting engaging, intuitive narratives

  • Making content compelling and accessible

  • Enhancing the overall experience through storytelling

We are ideally looking for someone that combines both!

What You’ll Do

• Develop scripts and copy across a large multi-touchpoint experience project

• Write across a range of content types, including:

  • Voice-over (VO) scripts

  • Linear explainer content

  • Educational content

  • Interface and supporting copy

  • Messaging across multiple digital touchpoints

• Turn technical subject matter into clear, engaging, and well-structured writing

• Adapt content for different audiences, including client visitors and internal users / trainees

• Maintain tone, clarity, consistency, and message hierarchy across a broad content ecosystem

• Collaborate closely with creative, design, and production teams

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content design, technical writing OR instructional / educational content

• Strong ability to simplify complex ideas, structure information clearly, write across multiple formats

• Experience working with:

  • Technical, scientific, or information-heavy content

  • B2B, product, or enterprise environments

  • Instructional or training materials (a strong plus)

• Strong editorial mindset with attention to tone, clarity, consistency, message hierarchy

• Comfortable working across disciplines and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Location & Engagement

• This role is based in Europe

• The engagement is for an initial 8-month project

• The role requires regular travel to Amsterdam, particularly during key phases of the project

• Candidates should be comfortable with a hybrid setup combining remote work and on-site collaboration
