SHED - Studio 3D

SHED is a design, animation and post-production studio located in Montreal, with over 20 years of experience. Their work is to breath life into brands, thanks to captivating narratives and powerful visuals.

Your Mission

As a coordinator, you are a key production resource who acts as a liaison between members of the various management, production and artistic teams. Your role is to facilitate the transition of elements between the various stakeholders and implement strategies to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Organize and participate in daily team meetings (dailies), ensure note-taking and conduct artist tours conveying relevant information;

  • Manage material imports, organize reference materials and ensure client deliveries;

  • Provide administrative support to producers and supervisors, including note-taking and distribution; 

  • Perform status and assignment updates in the database;

  • Follow up with artists on daily tasks and deadlines while providing support;

  • Inform on and support the work of the 3D supervisor and producers through follow-ups and project completion;

  • Promote general collaboration between the various studio departments;

  • Prepare presentation documents for clients;

  • Establish and promote sound project management in collaboration with the production manager;

  • Coordinate department meetings;

  • Follow up on project closing processes;

  • Ensure proper asset bank management;

  • Carry out special projects as assigned;

  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, upbeat and professional working environment by adopting a proactive and solution-oriented attitude while collaborating with each team member.

Job requirements

Your Journey:

  • A college or university undergraduate degree in one of the following disciplines: project management, administration or production;

  • A college diploma in 3D animation (asset);

  • Experience in a similar position;

  • Knowledge of the advertising market and advertising agencies (asset);

  • Good knowledge of 2D/3D production, VFX and post-production;

  • Knowledge of Shotgrid (asset).
